My Story

I’ve been where you are.

This isn’t just something I studied. It’s something I lived.

My fitness journey started with wanting to change my own life. At my heaviest, I was about 90 pounds heavier than I am today. I didn’t get here through a magic diet, supplement, or shortcut. I learned how calories, nutrition, strength training, running, recovery, and consistency work together, and how to make them fit normal life.

That journey eventually led me to become a runner, complete a marathon, earn my NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach credentials, and work as a physical therapy technician.

You don’t need to become a different person overnight. You need a plan you can keep following.

What I Help With

Training designed around you.

Not around fitness trends, punishment, or a one-size-fits-all plan.

01

Strength Training

Build muscle, learn proper technique, get stronger, and become more confident in the gym.

02

Fat Loss

Use resistance training, nutrition awareness, and sustainable habits instead of extreme restriction.

03

Running Support

Build your running gradually while balancing strength, recovery, and smarter progression.

04

Mobility & Warm-Ups

Prepare your body to train with purposeful mobility and dynamic movement rather than random stretching.

05

Beginner Fitness

If the gym feels intimidating, we’ll build your foundation one manageable step at a time.

06

Nutrition & Meal Prep

Understand calories, macros, protein, meal prep, and food choices that support your actual goals.

A Good Fit For
New to the gym Sustainable fat loss Building strength or muscle Starting or returning to running Learning meal prep Better mobility and warm-ups
Meal-prep bowls with rice, zucchini, eggplant, and ground beef
Nutrition & Meal Prep

Eat for your goals without making food miserable.

Simple, high-protein meals, realistic portions, and habits that make consistency easier.

Long-term progress comes from an approach you can actually live with. Nutrition should support your goals without turning every meal into a diet rule.

Calories & macronutrients
Protein & balanced meals
Simple meal-prep systems
Portion awareness
Fueling workouts & runs
Sustainable eating habits

Real food. Real life. Real consistency.

My Approach

No extremes. No gimmicks.

I want you to understand what you’re doing, not just follow instructions forever.

Train with purpose.Your workouts should have a reason behind them.
Eat like a normal person.Healthy eating should still include food you genuinely enjoy.
Build gradually. You don’t need to destroy yourself during week one.
Learn along the way.Understanding fitness gives you more control over your progress.

I teach the why behind the plan. My background in personal training, nutrition coaching, physical therapy support, and education shapes how I coach so you can become more confident and independent over time.

From Weight Loss to 26.2

The goal kept getting bigger.

What started as weight loss grew into a love for running, strength, and seeing what my body could do.

Running became something I genuinely loved, and eventually I crossed the finish line of my first marathon.

Not everyone I coach needs to run 26.2 miles. The point is learning what consistent training can make possible, one step at a time.

Your starting point does not determine where you can end up.
